1. Shipping Destinations : We currently ship to India only. If your location is not listed, please contact us at ttpcindia@gmail.com for assistance.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs, etc.).

Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, M/S TIP TOP PRINTING & CLOTHING is no longer responsible for the package. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.  

8. Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return an item, please refer to our [Return Policy]. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.  

9. International Shipping : We currently do not ship out of India.
